Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse book of business, ranging from small to large accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will bring prior insurance industry experience, a strong understanding of commercial insurance, and a proactive approach to account management. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a generalist book of business, handling accounts of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in commercial lines account management highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Work Ethic: A commitment to providing exceptional client service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
