Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial lines sales or service, a strong understanding of industry practices, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a generalist book of commercial insurance accounts.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with producers and other team members to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
  • Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the growth and retention of the book of business through proactive account management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines sales or service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
