Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, including living facilities, non-profits, and daycares. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with a focus on middle-market accounts.
  • Oversee renewals and assist with quoting new business as needed.
  • Handle marketing, endorsements, Certificates of Insurance (COI), and other account management tasks.
  • Collaborate with producers on new business marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with outsourcing resources to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; experience with Epic software is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Ability to perform under high-stress situations.
    • Personable and professional demeanor.
