Commercial Insurance Account Manager & Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $105,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial insurance accounts spanning a variety of industries.
- Handle marketing and brokerage activities, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a preference for 4-10+ years. Candidates with small market experience are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with middle-market accounts is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
