Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $105,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial insurance accounts spanning a variety of industries.
  • Handle marketing and brokerage activities, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software to manage accounts efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a preference for 4-10+ years. Candidates with small market experience are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with middle-market accounts is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
