Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business focused on construction and contractor accounts
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business
• Provide expertise in surety and bonds for clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
  • Strong background in handling construction and contractor accounts
  • Proven experience with surety and bonds
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
