Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and attentive Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is designed to support Account Executives and Producers in managing a book of business primarily focused on professional liability accounts, including architects, engineers, lawyers, and accountants. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000+ annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Account Executives and Producers with endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other standard account management tasks.
  • Manage a book of business primarily focused on professional liability for architects, engineers, lawyers, and accountants.
  • Assist in quoting new and renewal business.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions and documentation.
  • Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on professional liability accounts.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision.
  • Experience with AMS360 or EPIC agency management software preferred.
  • Background in construction industry accounts is a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
