Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000+ annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide support to Account Executives and Producers with endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other standard account management tasks.
- Manage a book of business primarily focused on professional liability for architects, engineers, lawyers, and accountants.
- Assist in quoting new and renewal business.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions and documentation.
- Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and maintain records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on professional liability accounts.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision.
- Experience with AMS360 or EPIC agency management software preferred.
- Background in construction industry accounts is a bonus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
