Commercial Insurance Account Manager-Transportation Accounts

Established agency seeking to hire a commercial insurance account manager to join the commercial team. 

Responsibilities:

The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of commercial lines account management skills, including but not limited to; customer service, administration and remarketing accounts.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (Must have Transportation Account experience)
• Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
• Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent technical/analytical skills
• Detail oriented

Compensation Package:

• Compensation: Between $80K-$90K (based on experience).
