Commercial Lines Account Manager (AM1)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager (AM1) to join a team. This role involves managing a book of business for emerging producers, focusing on a variety of accounts including small construction, bars, restaurants, manufacturing, and institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $50,000 to $200,000.
- Handle generalist accounts, including small construction, bars, restaurants, manufacturing, and institutions.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and producers to achieve organizational goals.
- Utilize TAM software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in commercial insurance is a must.
- Proficiency in TAM software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be located in the Midwest region if applying for a remote position.
