Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (higher compensation may be considered based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, focusing on habitational, construction, property, and lessor's risk accounts
- Handle accounts with premiums ranging from $25,000 to $100,000, with a total book of business valued at $6M-$7M
- Collaborate with producers to quote new and renewal business
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing timely and accurate service
- Ensure all account activities are compliant with company policies and industry regulations
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline workflows
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Property & Casualty (P&C) licensure required
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency in managing tasks
- Experience with habitational and property accounts is highly preferred
- Proficiency in EPIC software or similar account management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
