SBU Commercial Producer
Job Summary
Seeking dynamic and results-driven SBU Commercial Producers to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of an organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of small business commercial insurance, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This position also includes a leadership opportunity for a qualified candidate to oversee sales performance across multiple local offices.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, with a target of $30,000 in the first year and $50,000 in subsequent years.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of small business commercial accounts.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless account management.
- For leadership candidates: Oversee sales performance across five local offices, track performance metrics, set goals, and provide mentorship to team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- 1-3+ years of experience in small business commercial insurance sales.
- Successful captives or personal lines producers are encouraged to apply.
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong sales acumen with a personable and likable demeanor.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a "go-getter" attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS 360 software is a plus but not required.
- Work Environment: Must be willing to work in-office at either the Raleigh or Kannapolis locations, with occasional travel to other local offices as needed.
