Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition into managing an office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, preferably with experience in farm and agriculture accounts. This position is open to both in-office and remote candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $75,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide quotes for new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals
- Market and remarket accounts to ensure optimal coverage and pricing
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
- Review policies for accuracy and address client coverage questions
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers
- Assist clients with claims and provide exceptional customer service
- Support producers and effectively service accounts of varying sizes ($25k - $300k)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a preference for candidates with farm and agriculture experience
- Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, "go-getter" personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to the office occasionally if working remotely
