Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition into managing an office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, preferably with experience in farm and agriculture accounts. This position is open to both in-office and remote candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $45,000 - $75,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Provide quotes for new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals
Market and remarket accounts to ensure optimal coverage and pricing
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
Review policies for accuracy and address client coverage questions
Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers
Assist clients with claims and provide exceptional customer service
Support producers and effectively service accounts of varying sizes ($25k - $300k)
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office

Qualifications/Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon
3-5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a preference for candidates with farm and agriculture experience
Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
A proactive, "go-getter" personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to the office occasionally if working remotely
