Job Summary

As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Competitive, up to $90,000 (depending on experience).
  • Commission: Higher commission splits available for candidates bringing their own book of business.
  • Validation Plan: Tailored to each candidate to ensure competitive earnings.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
  • Work Environment: Remote field sales role with travel required within the assigned market territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in commercial lines insurance.
  • Focus on acquiring and managing accounts with premiums of $50,000 and above.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a "hunter," proactively seeking out new clients and opportunities without reliance on agency-generated leads.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue potential.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Account Focus: Experience working with larger accounts ($50,000+ in premium) is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented with a "hunter" mentality.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned market territory.
