Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a boutique agency specializing in construction-related accounts, including developers, manufacturers, and contractors. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a niche-focused environment with a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and builder's risk lines of coverage, with the ability to manage both new and renewal business.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute renewal strategies for existing accounts.
Quote and manage both new and renewal business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier and insured communications.
Handle property and builder's risk lines of coverage, including Letters of Credit (LOCs).
Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on property and builder's risk.
Proven ability to manage construction-related accounts.
Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
