Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Executive

 

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage a diverse book of mid to large market accounts, with a strong focus on transportation and exposure to construction, contracting, and manufacturing. This role requires full-cycle account management, including marketing, quoting, renewals, and strategic growth initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal for commercial clients
  • Handle marketing, proposals, and presentations for new and renewal business
  • Quote, bind, and service mid to large commercial lines accounts
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Act as the lead point of contact and subject matter expert for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate policy servicing
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and team members

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license required
  • 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts in transportation, construction, and manufacturing industries
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial coverages and carrier appetites
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and capable of leading without supervision
  • Demonstrated mentoring and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
