Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of middle-market to large-market clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large clients, handling 10-15 renewals per month.
  • Quote, negotiate credits, and prepare proposals for new and renewal business.
  • Convert 10+ new business accounts monthly.
  • Process endorsements and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Collaborate with carriers such as Liberty, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, Western Reserve, Travelers, The Hartford, Safeco, AmTrust, and Progressive.
  • Utilize agency management software for account management and client interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • 3-5 years in commercial lines account management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in EPIC or similar agency management software preferred.
  • Smart, enthusiastic, and a team player.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
