Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Quote new and renewal business, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using agency management software.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of account management experience in a commercial insurance agency.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory.
