Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to clients, managing larger accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of professionalism, a commitment to teamwork, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Quote new and renewal business, collaborating with carriers and underwriters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
- Provide white-glove service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
- Contribute to the team’s success by supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-8 years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar systems.
