Customer Service Representative (CSR)

A growing independent insurance agency is looking for a friendly and adaptable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and wants to grow within a supportive, collaborative agency environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer phones and provide excellent service to clients.

  • Support producers and account managers with day-to-day tasks.

  • Assist with the renewal process and general account servicing.

  • Communicate with clients about their policies and coverage options.

  • Help maintain smooth office operations and contribute to team success.

  • Adaptable, organized, and comfortable multi-tasking.

  • Willingness to learn agency systems and processes (training provided).
