Customer Service Representative (CSR)
A growing independent insurance agency is looking for a friendly and adaptable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and wants to grow within a supportive, collaborative agency environment.
What You’ll Do

Answer phones and provide excellent service to clients.

Support producers and account managers with day-to-day tasks.

Assist with the renewal process and general account servicing.

Communicate with clients about their policies and coverage options.

Help maintain smooth office operations and contribute to team success.
