Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of middle to large commercial accounts.
  • Oversee the renewal process, including quoting and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal support staff to ensure seamless account management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the agency management system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid commercial insurance experience, with a preference for candidates experienced in marketing or managing accounts in industries such as contractors, equipment, oil & gas, distributors, manufacturers, transportation, and heavy equipment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta or similar agency management software.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
