Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the seamless handling of all client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of middle-market accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, including marketing, renewal preparation, endorsements, billing, and certificates.
- Focus on renewal business, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with producers and account executives to deliver exceptional client service.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 5+ years in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle-market accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, self-sufficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
