Commercial Lines Account Manager

Position Overview
The agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team. This role will be responsible for managing a book of small to mid-market accounts across a variety of industries. You’ll handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, and remarketing efforts, while also managing new business opportunities and incoming client requests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of small to mid-market commercial accounts.

  • Handle new business quoting and remarketing to retain existing clients.

  • Provide exceptional service to existing clients, including policy changes, certificates, and renewals.

  • Support inbound new business inquiries (no outbound sales metrics required).

  • Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, all-hands-on-deck environment.

Qualifications

  • Property & Casualty license required.

  • 2+ years of commercial lines experience (3+ preferred).

  • Experience with a variety of account types.

  • Strong communication and professionalism; able to represent the agency well with clients.

  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and dependable with a strong work ethic.

  • Experience with agency management software.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)
