Commercial Lines Account Manager
Position Overview
The agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team. This role will be responsible for managing a book of small to mid-market accounts across a variety of industries. You’ll handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, and remarketing efforts, while also managing new business opportunities and incoming client requests.
Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of small to mid-market commercial accounts.

Handle new business quoting and remarketing to retain existing clients.

Provide exceptional service to existing clients, including policy changes, certificates, and renewals.

Support inbound new business inquiries (no outbound sales metrics required).

Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, all-hands-on-deck environment.
Qualifications

Property & Casualty license required.

2+ years of commercial lines experience (3+ preferred).

Experience with a variety of account types.

Strong communication and professionalism; able to represent the agency well with clients.

Team-oriented, collaborative, and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Experience with agency management software.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)
