Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, including transportation, real estate, contractors, and manufacturing. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Lines, the successful candidate will play a key role in marketing, renewals, endorsements, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
- 401(k): Competitive retirement plan
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of middle-market commercial accounts, including transportation, real estate, contractors, and manufacturing.
- Handle marketing, renewals, and endorsements for assigned accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the Epic software system.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong understanding of middle-market accounts.
- Proficiency in Epic software is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- A well-rounded, generalist approach to account management with a proven track record of success.
