Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of small to mid-market accounts, with some larger accounts.
• Handle professional lines and generalist accounts.
• Service accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries.
• Quote and process both new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial Lines Account Manager role.
• Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
