Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of small to mid-market accounts, with some larger accounts.
- Handle professional lines and generalist accounts.
- Service accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries.
- Quote and process both new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial Lines Account Manager role.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
