Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary

Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $100,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide A-to-Z servicing for a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, with a primary focus on construction-related clients.
- Collaborate with producers to review accounts prior to renewal, determining whether to remarket or renew policies.
- Handle marketing for both renewals and new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage account information and workflows effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong team orientation, curiosity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to manage accounts independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
