Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Compensation Package

Responsibilities

  • Provide A-to-Z servicing for a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, with a primary focus on construction-related clients.
  • Collaborate with producers to review accounts prior to renewal, determining whether to remarket or renew policies.
  • Handle marketing for both renewals and new business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage account information and workflows effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong team orientation, curiosity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to manage accounts independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
