Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and professional team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of small to middle-market accounts totaling $2M in premium
  • Provide general servicing and account management for new and existing clients
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business, with a focus on remarketing to retain clients
  • Process Certificates of Insurance (CIOs) and assist with marketing efforts
  • Address client inquiries and close inbound sales calls (no sales metrics required)
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; 3+ years preferred
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with Partner Platform (PartnerXE under the ZyWave umbrella) is a plus; training will be provided if needed
