Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 (Target range: $65,000 - $70,000)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial lines accounts across various industries (excluding transportation).
- Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes for new and renewal business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Epic software system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 5-10+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of generalist accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software or similar agency management systems.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with quoting and servicing both new and renewal business.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Work Ethic: A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
