Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing commercial team. This role is integral to supporting clients by managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including property, liability, package policies, HOA, and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial business, handling a diverse range of account sizes
- Handle policy servicing, renewal submissions, remarketing, billing issues, and follow-ups
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Director and team to ensure seamless operations
- Support the team in acquiring new business opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-20 license required
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial insurance
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or AMS360 software preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, proactive problem-solving, and a client-focused mindset
