Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of small market accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of commercial business, handling a diverse range of account sizes.
Handle all aspects of account management, including endorsements, certificates, renewals, and quoting new/renewal business.
Collaborate with internal departments for marketing and accounting support.
Provide proactive and responsive service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and documentation using Applied Epic software.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas is required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of commercial insurance experience. Candidates with Assistant Account Manager experience looking to transition into this role are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
Soft Skills: Self-motivated, accountable, proactive, and engaged.
