Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
A well-established, family-owned insurance agency with over 3 decades of success is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day servicing of a commercial lines book of business, including issuing certificates, processing endorsements, and handling renewals
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business, depending on experience level
- Prepare proposals for clients (presentation of proposals not required)
- Collaborate with internal departments, including accounting and loss run/cancellation teams
- Learn and assist with marketing tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management software
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience
- Experience managing small market generalist accounts
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with agency management software
