Responsibilities

Manage a generalist book of business, including retail, commercial, construction, nonprofits, and workers' compensation accounts.
Handle all aspects of account management, including endorsements, invoicing, billing policies, issuing binders and certificates, quoting, and re-quoting renewals.
Focus on 80% renewal business and 20% new business.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and support.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
Proficiency in AMS360 software.
Experience managing a generalist book of business.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
