Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, a proven ability to manage mid-level commercial accounts, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day customer service for mid-level commercial accounts
- Collaborate with producers and account executives to ensure seamless client experiences
- Handle renewal business processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Support the commercial team in achieving organizational goals and delivering high-quality service
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role within the commercial lines insurance industry
- Proven ability to manage mid-level commercial accounts effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (specific software experience preferred but not required)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
