Job description
The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, handling renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, as well as addressing client inquiries and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a book of commercial lines insurance clients.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and modifications.
- Assist clients with claims and policy-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure the best coverage for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely policy renewals.
- Conduct periodic reviews of client policies to ensure adequate coverage.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products (GL, Property, Auto, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in insurance management software.
