Job description

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, handling renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, as well as addressing client inquiries and ensuring comprehensive coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a book of commercial lines insurance clients.
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and modifications.
  • Assist clients with claims and policy-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure the best coverage for clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely policy renewals.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client policies to ensure adequate coverage.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines products (GL, Property, Auto, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance management software.
