Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a book of commercial lines accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling a variety of commercial accounts, possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of commercial lines accounts, handling renewals, marketing, and ongoing service needs from start to finish.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on policy coverages, contract compliance, claims coordination, and carrier communications.
- Prepare proposals, applications, and policy documents, including Acord forms, binders, certificates, and invoices.
- Quote and remarket accounts, negotiate with carriers, and present competitive solutions to clients.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation in the agency management system in accordance with agency standards.
- Collaborate with underwriters, producers, and internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure proactive, accurate service.
- Interpret insurance certificate language and ensure client deliverables meet contractual obligations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a variety of commercial accounts.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agency Matrix software is preferred; experience with Epic is a plus.
