Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and energetic team. This role is ideal for an insurance professional with a strong background in managing commercial accounts, particularly in contractors, construction, and workers' compensation. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling a book of business, quoting new and renewal policies, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Quote new and renewal business, contributing to the growth of the organization
  • Handle commercial accounts, including contractors, construction, and workers' compensation policies
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an insurance professional
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software preferred
