Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves working with a diverse portfolio of accounts, primarily in the small market segment, with some middle-market exposure. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

  • Travel: Occasional travel for company events or client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, primarily small market with some middle-market accounts.
  • Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, policy changes, and client communication.
  • Work with a variety of insurance lines, including property, workers' compensation, cyber, EPLI, and package policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in commercial lines insurance. Preference for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of generalist accounts, including all lines, coverages, and industries. Experience with property insurance and small market accounts is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: High energy, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
