Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

- Travel: Occasional travel for company events or client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, primarily small market with some middle-market accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, policy changes, and client communication.
- Work with a variety of insurance lines, including property, workers' compensation, cyber, EPLI, and package policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of account management experience in commercial lines insurance. Preference for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of generalist accounts, including all lines, coverages, and industries. Experience with property insurance and small market accounts is a plus.
