Hybrid Sales/Service Agent
Job Summary
A dynamic Hybrid Sales/Service Agent is sought to join a team. This role blends sales and client service, designed for individuals eager to make a positive impact while driving business success. The position involves managing client accounts, promoting and selling insurance products, and delivering exceptional service to build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities
- Sales Functions: Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs, recommend tailored solutions, and close sales on various insurance products.
- Account Management: Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
- Client Support: Provide assistance with policy inquiries, claims process management, and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Policy Renewals: Track and manage client policy renewals, ensuring awareness of updates or additional options.
- Cross-Selling: Identify and recommend additional relevant insurance products for clients.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and stay informed on insurance products and updates.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teammates, underwriters, and management to deliver optimized client outcomes and meet objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry trends and participate in training to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Insurance Producer, or related role in sales or customer service.
Licensing:
- An active insurance producer’s license is required or willingness to obtain.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for building client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM and insurance management software.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
