Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and energetic team. You will work closely with a supportive team in a collaborative and fun office setting, complete with unique perks like a putt-putt course. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule after an initial on-site training period.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 (up to $95,000 for candidates with exceptional experience and background).
  • 401(k): 4% match after 1 year (eligibility begins after 90 days).
  • Paid Time Off: 15 days PTO starting in Year 2, inclusive of sick time.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available (details provided upon request).
  • Work Schedule: Flexible hybrid schedule after 90 days of on-site training.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a generalist book of business, including contractors, construction, and workers' compensation accounts.
  • Quote new and renewal business.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist in growing the business by identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; candidates with extensive experience are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
