Job Summary

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide insurance solutions, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
• Understanding clients' insurance needs and providing appropriate coverage options
• Advising clients on risk management strategies and insurance products
• Collaborating with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage for clients
• Managing the renewal process for existing accounts
• Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and policies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
• An active Texas P&C License is required
• CISR, CIC, or CRIS designation preferred
