Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of small business accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of small business accounts, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies.
- Handle a variety of coverage types, including cyber, EPLI, workers' compensation, and package policies.
- Provide A-Z account management, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on small market accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software preferred.
