Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of mid-to-large market commercial lines accounts.
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with carriers such as Penn National, Travelers, Encova, and Donegal to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
  • Utilize EZLynx software for account management and processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 5+ years in commercial lines account management.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with mid-to-large market accounts and handling a book of business valued at $2M+.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx software and experience working with a variety of carriers.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Detail-oriented and organized.
    • Ability to work independently.
