Commercial Lines CSR / Assistant Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines CSR / Assistant Account Manager to join a team. This is a fully remote position, offering a flexible and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process policy changes, including quoting, endorsing, invoicing, and updating vehicle/driver/coverage changes.
- Manage carrier websites to process endorsements, cancellations, and policies.
- Issue renewal documents, ensuring accuracy in binders, invoicing, premium financing setup, and certificate issuance.
- Assist clients with inspections and audits, including sending forms and providing guidance.
- Handle bond renewals and new bond applications, including quoting and issuing.
- Manage incoming faxes, including receiving, distributing, and sending as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in AMS360, ensuring data matches endorsements and invoices.
- Support agents with servicing accounts, including adding or removing vehicles, issuing ID cards, and processing certificates of insurance.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in commercial lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Work Environment: Must have a dedicated home office space free from distractions.
