Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting account managers in servicing commercial insurance accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to client inquiries and providing assistance with policy changes, claims, and general account maintenance
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of insurance documentation
  • Collaborating with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in compliance with industry regulations
  • Identifying opportunities for account rounding and referring clients to appropriate products or services

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products and policies
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software
  • Required Agency Management System experience: Applied EPIC
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
