Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Manager to lead and oversee a commercial lines department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the department, managing a team of 15 professionals, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance processes and performance. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
This is a hybrid position.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
As the Commercial Lines Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of 15 professionals within the commercial lines department.
- Oversee renewals, PTO schedules, and departmental staffing needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and procedures.
- Ensure accountability and alignment with agency goals.
- Maintain and strengthen carrier relationships and appointments.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and merit raises for the department.
- Provide guidance on coverage knowledge and industry trends.
- Act as a mentor and resource for team members, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years in commercial insurance.
- Proven management experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
