Commercial Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a well-established and reputable insurance agency. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven ability to generate and maintain strong client relationships. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will focus on networking, prospecting, and cultivating new business opportunities while managing and renewing existing accounts.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new commercial lines business through networking, sales calls, and lead follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Quote and manage both new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of client accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the best solutions.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in an agency or broker setting, with a proven track record of success in generating new business.
  • Skills: Strong sales acumen, self-motivated, and a "hunter" mentality for new business opportunities.
  • Preferred Background: Experience working with middle-market accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applied Epic software is a plus (training will be provided).
