Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
- Work Schedule: On-site with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after six months of proven performance.

Responsibilities
- Quote and sell commercial lines insurance policies.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
- Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of commercial lines insurance sales experience preferred, but exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.
- Skills:
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects and tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
