Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a growing team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and advocacy.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Coordinate renewal business information with the department manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Account Management.
  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty License required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
    • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
