Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + commissions

Responsibilities

Drive new business sales by identifying and pursuing prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and sales processes efficiently.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the best possible advice.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
