Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service large market accounts (500-5,000 lives).
  • Design and implement major medical benefit solutions, including transitioning groups between fully funded and self-funded models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on benefit design and strategy to meet client needs.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
  • Engage in local travel as required to meet with clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: 6-10+ years in benefits design and account management, with a strong background in both fully funded and self-funded models.
  • Industry Background: Broker experience is essential; candidates with carrier experience are welcome if they have broker exposure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
