Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage and service large market accounts (500-5,000 lives).
- Design and implement major medical benefit solutions, including transitioning groups between fully funded and self-funded models.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on benefit design and strategy to meet client needs.
- Maintain a client-focused approach, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
- Engage in local travel as required to meet with clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: 6-10+ years in benefits design and account management, with a strong background in both fully funded and self-funded models.
- Industry Background: Broker experience is essential; candidates with carrier experience are welcome if they have broker exposure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
