Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 group accounts, ranging from 15-50 lives, primarily level-funded and self-funded accounts.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with producers, carriers, and other team members to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in occasional in-office meetings for carrier, marketing, and insured discussions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure/Designations: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in employee benefits or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong generalist knowledge of employee benefits, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in AMS360 software.
  • Location: Must be local and able to attend in-office meetings and training as needed.
