Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Incentives: New business incentives (e.g., write $100K, earn $15K), end-of-year bonus ($1,500), and quarterly bonuses for new business and retention
  • 401(k): 3% match at 100%, 4% match at 3.5%
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 17 days annually, with 2 additional days at year-end if unused; flexible PTO policy with carryover options
  • Other Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, providing A-Z servicing, including quoting new and renewal business
  • Focus on client retention and satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for account growth
  • Conduct on-site visits to local clients and prospects as needed (5-10% travel)
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation
  • Uphold and embody the company’s core values in all interactions with clients and team members

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in employee benefits
  • Active Life & Health (L&H) license required
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC software preferred
  • Strong motivation, work ethic, and loyalty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Alignment with the company’s core values and mission
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed
